Mix it with wheat flour while making chappathi and poori.
For babies above 6 months
Add two tablespoon of jackfruit seed powder into 1 cup water or fresh milk
Blend the mixture and cook it on low flame by stirring continuously
Add sugar or jaggery to it
Put off the flame and add one tablespoon ghee
Transfer it to a feeding bottle and feed it to your baby
