Michael describes in detail growing your own wheatgrass, sunflower, pea and buckwheat greens. Everything on this DVD is soil grown, in a tray. He will explain the difference between soil grown and hydroponically grown sprouts.  Topics also include wheatgrass and animals, fresh sprouts verses powdered supplements or frozen sprouts, classical music, juicers, planting trays, water, mold, and weather conditions. You will get close up views of all four seeds and sprouts.
Michael has been growing wheatgrass since 1990, building the greenhouse at Optimum Health Institute in CA in 1994. This DVD was filmed during a lecture at Hippocrates Health Institute in FL where Michael spent 10 years, 2001-2011.
