This gorgeous 19" Effanbee doll was designed by artist Peggy Dey. The attention to detail  is wonderful.  She has ginger colored hair in an elaborate hairstyle. Her hazel color eyes are very striking and are accented by the mint color dress. The dress is heavily ruffled and accented with satin rosebuds.  This porcelain doll is very clean.
