The kit includes a UV Fiber Optic Harness with a twinkling illuminator to provide engaging visual stimulation for children and adults with special needs.
The tails do not change colour, however the twinkle illuminator gives a magical sparkling effect – even without the use of UV light. If used together with a UV light the harness is also particularly beneficial to those with impaired vision, as the colour is more intense than regular light.
The harness is manufactured from certified phthalate free fibre and is completely safe to touch due to the absence of electricity and heat within it. The light source does get warm and should be kept out of reach. The harness has CPSIA toy certifications and the illuminator is certified with Underwriters Laboritories.
