Adorable 2001 18” Effanbee Blue Belle f4004 Felt Doll NEW No BOX RARE

Way too much cuteness!!! This adorable 18" molded felt sweetheart of a doll is made by Effanbee Dolls.  Her name is Blue Belle and she is part of their Garden of Delight series.  She is brand new but without her box.  It was displayed only and never played with.  She is wearing a blue floral cotton dress with a purple felt belt that has a blue organza bow with a silk flower.  Under her dress is a very pretty hot pink or magenta petty coat with a flounced bottom.  Just beneath the petty coat are adorable lavender bloomers with lace and bows at the bottom. Covering all of this is a pretty sky blue bib type dress adorned with embroidered flowers and two organza bows sewn at the opening of the dress.  It has flouncy cap sleeves and a single snap closure in the front. She has on an adorable blue hat with pink stitching around the rim, an organza ribbon around the top of the hat tied into a bow with a pearl hat pin.  The bow is finished off with a small bunch of blue and white silk flowers.   She is also wearing white knit anklets with blue patent leather shoes that have matching organza bows to the one on her hat.  Her hair is a dishwater golden blonde and her eyes are bright blue. She is wearing mauve "lipstick".  Sha he articulated limbs.
She is in excellent condition!  Her hair is not matted.  What a beautiful little girl to add to your existing collection or to give as a gift.  No box and no COA.
