    She's African American Baby Winkie manufactured by Effanbee in 1972. Her tags says Effanbee Baby Winkie. She's all vinyl with rooted brown hair, sleep brown eyes, a nursing mouth, jointed body and limbs. She's 10 inches tall. Her clothing and accessories are all original.
